The construction of 17 new homes in Northwich, Cheshire
We were awarded principal contractor in the build of 17 new 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes located in the popular town of Northwich, Cheshire. The cost of the homes ranged from £260,000 - £695,000, 5 of the homes were also listed as affordable housing. We began the project as a principal contractor which included dealing with all local authorities & principal designers. As work progressed 'XPG 1' was brought on board to work alongside our managerial team to see the scheme through to completion.

- Drainage connections to existing foul & surface manholes
- External drainage systems inclusive of 2no attenuation tanks & hydrobrake manholes
- Mass filled foundations
- Sub-structure brickwork
- Installation of DMPs, insulation, concrete slabs & finish screed works
- Installation of all services to properties as well as all main incoming feeds
- Kerbs & pin kerb works
- All external paving & landscaping works
- Full tarmac prep works
