R&M Developments Ltd. was established in 1982 and since then has provided quality service to the civil engineering, construction and ground works industries. It is a privately owned company which has undergone expansion in recent years under overall control of it’s Working Directors who are involved in the day to day running of the company and the execution of contracts. Managing Director Mr Tom McKenna is well noted for his personal and individual attention to customers and clients when a project is undertaken, no matter how small.

Our Company is able to offer our clients a highly professional ervice, from the initial estimating stage through to surveying, project management, quality control and hand over. R&M Developments Ltd. are registered with Construction Line, number 44699 the UK register of Pre-Qualified Construction Services. We are currently progressing towards ISO 9001:2000 and I.I.P.

DEPOT AND LOCATION

The company is located in East Manchester, approximately 1.5 miles from Manchester City Centre which makes all areas in and around Manchester easily accessible. The Depot includes a purpose built unit that has an area for office staff. We also have a specifically constructed indoor garage and pit, for our team of experienced mechanics and fitters. This can house up to 4 wagons at any such time. There is also a designated area for small plant storage and a workshop
