R&M demolition division is respected as one of the best and professionally organised in Manchester and is constantly in direct competitive tendering for Manchester Housing Projects. The company has successfully completed many demolition contracts for Manchester Housing over the last number of
years including schools, senior retirement and
care homes, flats, bungalow's, two & three storey buildings etc. Other clients that R&M has carried out demolition work for include MACE Ltd. and Keir Group (North West) at Manchester Airport, PFP
Developments Ltd, Harvest Housing Group and Willows Park Housing Trust.

R&M Demolition Operatives have all been industry assessed and hold CSCS Demolition cards. Currently four employees are being assessed for NVQ’s as mattock man and Top men operatives whilst our experienced Plant Operator holds a CSCS card.

Demolition Safety Awareness Courses have also been attended and R&M Developments are fully committed to continue training for their demolition
personnel with industry recognised training bodies.
